I own and rent C2 from Saturday to Saturday during June, July and August. Weekly rental rates during June and July range from $4,250 to $4,950 per week, which includes 12% tax.
Weekly rental in August begins at $3,950.
Rent amounts in April and May start at $2,800 per week and September at $2,800 per week. Rent amounts are negotiable during other months.
In all cases, there is a $300 care deposit due prior to check- in and is fully refundable based on the condition of the house when you leave.
No pets or visiting pets are allowed at C2. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside C-2.
